That looks like a great proect. I’m putting it in the mental pipeline. I’d love to see Make:DC using more scrap and salvaged materials in our projects.

I’m sure you’ve seen this since it was on the Make Magazine blog, but this solar pendulum seems like it would make a great project for a Make::DC meeting. Cheap components (particularly if the solar panel is kept optional), not that much soldering and a neat effect.

Hi, this is the person who just made your theme pretty. There are a few issues that need to be dealt with.

You should:
1) Disable the “Pages” widget. It’s redundant: the pages will list themselves in the navbar at the top of the blog.
2) Enable the “Tag Cloud” widget. You should put it right under the “search” widget.

I still have to:
1) Make the theme look pretty in IE.
2) Figure out how to imbed a google calendar for you–much better than this event calendar thing.
